By downloading or using Pixel Farm Blast (the "App"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

Cacele Digital, LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.

3. Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases handled by Apple. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law and Apple's refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Content ownership

All game art, audio, and code are owned by Cacele Digital, LLC or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cacele Digital, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
